WHAT IS A PRE ORDER
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. Or the product is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
When you pre-order an item from GIRLBOSS FASHION it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.
The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.
Production time can vary but this will be specified in the product's description. Please note that delays may occur i.e sourcing the same fabric, shipment held by customs and dates are not guaranteed.
GIRLBOSS FASHION is not held liable for any delays that may occur but we promise we will do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as a special order has been made exclusively for you. If you really change your mind to exchange anther items OR you do not want to wait for it anymore, a store credit will be issued instead not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
WHAT IF I NEED ANOTHER SIZE IN A PRE ORDER ITEM
Should you need a different size, you can place another order and send back the first item (in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and all tags attached) and we will refund that item once it is received back in perfect condition. For return policy please check here.
