Terms and Conditions


Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by GIRLBOSS FASHION to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.





Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return & Exchanges.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.




If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please contact us. You will receive a response within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.



Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.



Claims can only be made through our GIRLBOSS FASHION Customer Service department at cs@girlbossfashion.com. Any claims made before prior communication with the GIRLBOSS FASHION Customer Service department will not be considered.

All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 24hrs of delivery.

No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by GIRLBOSS FASHION.



Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.

All of our prices are listed in US dollars and you will be invoiced in US dollars.

If you are purchasing goods from outside the US, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.



From time to time, GIRLBOSS FASHION will offer promotional codes at points of sale (either directly or via third parties).

GIRLBOSS FASHION have the right to further reduce their products and are unable to refund the difference to customers.


Please note that the below terms apply

    1. This offer can only be redeemed against any order on www.girlbossfashion.com
    2. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
    3. The promotional code can only be applied to full price items on the site.
    4. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
    5. This promotion is only available at www.girlbossfashion.com and is not valid in any GIRLBOSS FASHION stockists.
    6. GIRLBOSS FASHION reserves the right to (i) cancel this offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
    7. In Special case of Refunds (as GIRLBOSS FASHION do not accept refund but only exchange) will take into account the discount.
    8. Offer does not include delivery charges or gift wrap if charges applied.
    9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with US law and exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts in the event of a dispute.



Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%)

The VAT element will automatically be deducted from the original price, when a non-EC country is selected.

Please note you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office should be able to help you with this.



We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, AE, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover and Paypal.




If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package for exchange or return.

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. 
Refunds will be credited to your account, then you can make a new purchase for other desire items. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.


Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. 
However, please note there are a couple of rules.

We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging within 60 days. 
We are unable to accept returns on sales items / E gift Card, swimwear bottom, underwear and engraved items (unless they were received faulty, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.)



Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments returned.


If you would like to exchange any other item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned orders that have not followed the return process from return policy.

Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

GIRLBOSS FASHION have the right to set the price of their goods – in no circumstances will a reduction in price after your purchase entitle you to a refund.
Please also note that, if a promotional or sale discount was applied to your order, then the same discount will be applied if you require a return or exchange (please see the details of our returns and exchange policy). This means that you will only be refunded the amount on your account credit that you originally paid for your order.



All goods sold by GIRLBOSS FASHION meet statutory requirements. However, GIRLBOSS FASHION cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.

Please note that some jewellery items are handcrafted from natural materials and as such their composition, in particular natural gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Swimwear & Lingerie Or Clothing Products colour / Materials may vary slightly from the image shown due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. 



GIRLBOSS FASHION assumes no liability whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. All content is subject to change without notice. GIRLBOSS FASHION expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts or the entire content of this site, without prior advance notice, or to suspend or terminate the site.



All payments on girlbossfashion.com are processed via Shopify Third Party payment service. GIRLBOSS FASHION assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. GIRLBOSS FASHION  assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Shopify payment service.



If you do not receive goods ordered by you within the working days that we email you after your order confirmation (we will also estimate the shipping days for your expectation - days will be different due to different country policy & courier company policy), we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you should received the goods that we mentioned after your order confirmation.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:

To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or

To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or

To refund to you the amount credit to your account paid for the goods for your next purchase in question in whatever way we choose.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount credit paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
